1992 He graduated from TED Ankara College
1997 He graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) Chemistry Department.
1998-1999 He worked at Prime Ministry Housing Development Administration and Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) as an IT professional.
1999 He started working as a Sun Certified Solaris Instructor at KoçSistem.
2000 He contacted Red Hat to bring the Red Hat Certified Engineer certification programme to Turkey.
2001 Koç Bryce was established and he promoted as "Technical & Operations Group Manager".
2001 He became Turkey's first Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) & Examiner (RHCX).
2001-2004 Besides his management duties he delivered Red Hat Linux & Solaris courses (with %100 customer satisfaction).
2004 He established Perception Training & Consulting.
2010 He has been awarded "Examiner of the Year" in EMEA region by Red Hat.
2012 Perception has been awarded "EMEA Directors Award" by Red Hat.
He continues to deliver Red Hat training and provides consulting in relevant areas.
